🙋♀️ How do I find a real estate agent?

We’ll use proven marketing methods that include reaching buyers who are searching online as well as buyers who are looking for a home in a more traditional manner. We’ll receive offers and alert you in a timely manner. If negotiations are needed, we’ll be right there with you from start to finish.
🚪 How do I stage my home?
Make a lasting first impression by staging your home to sell. Start with the curb appeal that makes buyers so impressed that they want to see what’s inside your home. Create a neutral environment inside the house that appeals to a broad range of buyers. Remove oversized furniture that makes a room seem smaller. Highlight the best features of your home with the use of focus points. If you have bedrooms that are serving other purposes, turn them back into bedrooms. Buyers like to see room being used as intended. We can offer suggestions that help make the most of the space and positive features in your home.
💲 How do I set the asking price?
You’ll want to get an idea of what your home is worth in today’s real estate market. Begin with an estimate from an online home valuation calculator. All you’ll need to do is input a bit of basic information to get an estimate. This estimate will give you a base starting point for figuring out the value of your property.
As your real estate agent, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive report that considers other homes sold in your area, current market trends, and any upgrades you’ve made to the home. We’ll sit down and go over your expectations when it comes to the return on your investment and help you come up with an asking price that makes sense for the area and your property.
💰 What happens when I receive an offer?
This is where having a real estate agent working on your behalf really comes in handy. We receive any offers submitted by a buyer’s agent and report that to you. You don’t have to deal directly with a buyer at this point. You can either accept the offer, decline the offer, or send back a counteroffer. If you choose to send a counteroffer, we’ll represent you at the negotiation table until an offer is accepted.
📝 What happens when I accept an offer?
The next step in the home selling process is accepting an offer. The buyer’s mortgage lender sets up an appraisal and inspections that are needed. The appraisal is needed to make sure they are paying what the property is worth. We’ll let you know if you need to be present for any of these appointments. Closing day is just around the corner if the appraisal and inspections go well. However, if an issue comes up, we’ll be with you to handle any changes needed and work through negotiations. You always have the final say on decisions regarding the sale of your home.
📅 What happens on closing day?
When the inspections are complete, and the contract is signed, you’ll be ready for closing day. Closing day is when all paperwork is signed, and all fees are paid by you and the buyer. There’s a chance you won’t need to be present, but we will let you know based on the conditions of your sale. Unless there is a provision in the contract that delays the turnover of the keys, the buyer will take possession of the house on closing day.
